RCD launches a new membership & participant registration process

Effective March 1, 2013, the RCD will be launching a new structure to clarify RCD voting membership and RCD participant registration as well as involvement of various supporters. There are categories of Voting Member, Participant, Affiliate, Volunteer, Community Agency and Friend of RCD.
