Please follow the set-up guidelines for the RCD Technology Fair.

Regular set-up on event day (Aug. 15)
10:00 a.m.      Venue opens for setting up
10:30 a.m.      All displays set-up complete
11:00 a.m.      Event starts

If you have equipment and devices that require setting up, calibrating or other special attention:
Intense set-up on event day (Aug. 15)

If your set-up is extra intense and need more time, please contact the RCD for special arrangement.

Terms and Conditions

• Limited space of sponsorship, first come first served; submission of registration does not guarantee successful entry.
• Payments are due at when registration is confirmed.
• There is no refund in place after payment, as the registration is through sponsorship.
• Should the event be cancelled by the RCD, the amount paid for registration will be refunded in full.
