Community Access Program (CAP) was officially launched in 1995 to provide Canadians with access to the Internet and its economic benefits. According to Industry Canada’s communication on April 5, 2012, “CAP was scheduled to end March 31, 2012, and will not be renewed”.
Effective April 1, 2012, the RCD has no further funding from Industry Canada to implement the CAP site.
However, we acknowledge that the RCD has contributed to bringing computer and Internet technologies to residents in Metro Vancouver through the CAP site, and has successfully provided this coveted service for our members and community at large; therefore we have decided to continue the operation of the CAP site through our own resources.

Friday: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
