Parking Permit Placard for persons with disabilities

Parking Permit Applications are available at the Richmond Centre for Disability for eligible residents of Richmond and the Richmond area. In order to receive your hanging mirror placard you must submit an application form with the doctor's portion completed by a registered physician together with a processing fee of $18.00. We do not accept applications sent by facsimilie (fax). Your can mail in the form (please do not send cash in the mail) or come in to the Centre. All existing or potential permit holders are encouraged to contact us for more information at 604.232.2404.

Application Forms are available at your doctor's office, City Hall, Driver Services Centre or at the RCD. We will be happy to mail a form to you as well.

Our office hours are 9am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday. We are closed on Statutory holidays.

The Richmond Centre for Disability is a nonprofit charitable organization run by people with disabilities for people with disabilities.
