City of Richmond - Recreation Fee Subsidy Program & Recreation Access Card

The City of Richmond offers Diversity Services for residents on low income or living with a disability to assist accessing recreation opportunities through 2 programs: Recreation Fee Subsidy Program (for those on low income) and Recreation Access Card (aimed at those living with a permanent disability).
